Indy mac Bank will not modify my loan!!!!!!!!

I would like to get involved with a class action lawsuit with IndyMac Bank because they are the worst bank and will not modify loans for anyone. They took 11 Billion AMERICAN dollars from the bailout, but say they do not have to abide by the AMERICAN loan rules.. I have been waiting almost 2 years for them to modify my loan and nothing. I put my house up for sale (short) in Nov of 2009 within 2 weeks we had a qualified buyerwth excellent credit and 60,000.00 down. Inday Mac drug thier feet for 4 months and we lost the buyer, then another buyer, lost them, due to Indy Mac dragging their feet,3rd buyersame story 2 weeks before the house went for auction. I've been with Indymac/One West bank for 31/2 years now. For one year I have been in a trial modification period. I consulted a funding company after Indymac advised me to. They sent a list of funding companies that I could consult. I found one on my own under the Obama homeowners association. They then started the modification process.
